In 2009 and 2010 I had the privilege of sponsoring the 'Best Innovation Award' in the Young Enterprise Scheme, Wellington (Y.E.S). 

The Young Enterprise Scheme is a fantastic programme that allows high school students to run their own business right from the concept stage through to (in some cases) exporting.

Students are supported by mentors from their local community but have to make all the decisions and put the effort in to ensure their success.

The team that won the 2009 Wellington Young Enterprise Scheme 'Best Innovation Award' was 'Antix' from Tawa College who designed their own unique key ring.
