For more than a decade Tracy has been working within organisations coaching and mentoring people around her to achieve their aspirations, chart their personal course to success or feel in control of their career.

Tracy has corporate, voluntary and government sector experience across the following industries: banking, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, market research, event management, government grants, process re-generation, tourism, recruitment and coaching.

To fulfill her own aspirations, being getting the best out of other people, Tracy exited a safe and secure role with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise in 2004 and stepped into the world of self employment.

Since setting up TMK consulting Tracy has made use of her diverse range of skills and experiences to add value to the organisations she works with by drawing on her presentation, facilitation, analysis, process mapping, project management, human capital development, creative thinking, questioning and investigative skills.

Her personal development has included: being an Army Brat, Outward Bound Singapore, Tae Kwon Do, Chief Commissioners Award, Diploma in Business, Lifeline telephone counselling, Toastmaster of the Year and NLP coaching.

Tracy's strengths are in helping people explore different ways of approaching problems, seeing different solutions to any challenges and keeping her clients focused, motivated, energised and excited about achieving their goals.

Tracy is a qualified Level 2 Coach from Results Coaching Systems (RCS) in Australia and is a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF. Her strengths are in helping people explore different solutions to any challenges, develop a belief in their own abilities, to question the status quo, and keep her clients focused, motivated, energised and excited about achieving their desired outcomes.

The RCS coach training is aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies and Tracy coaches within the code of ethics.

Beyond the Suit and Tie

Tracy is the immediate past-president of the Toastmasters Wellington Club and has been a member for over five years.  She is a Board Member of Dress for Success Wellington and has facilitated interview technique workshops for Work and Income Wellington on behalf of Dress for Success.

Inspired by Stacey her mentee in the YWCA Discover™ programme in 2008-09.  The YWCA Discover™ programme helps build confident young women who have the skills to realise their own potential, as well as inspiring and influencing others around them.

Tracy is a volunteer for the ICF Wellington Chapter Leadership Team, and was the Results Coaching Systems NZ, Wellington Community Development Coordinator, a role she has held for three years.

She moved from Auckland to Wellington in 2003 and is now firmly settled in the centre of New Zealand with her husband Richard.

An amatuer photographer who still uses a Canon EOS SLR that takes film (prefers to use Fuji Film), but sees the merits in digital cameras.  A recovering work-a-holic and perfectionist who enjoys delicious food, New Zealand Pinot Noir, relaxing in the sun (yes in Wellington) and completing a diabolical sudoku whilst sitting in her glorious garden.

Achieving Her Own Goals

So far in 2010 Tracy has gained momentum in achieving her goal of being an extra in a TV series, movie or advert.  You get a glimpse of Tracy in the music video 'Buffalo' by Wellington band The Phoenix Foundation.   

She competed in the Wellington regional Toastmasters Evaluation competition and came 2nd, and has been selected to present a paper with Lynda Carroll at the HRINZ conference in September 2010. 

In 2009 Tracy joined StarNow an on-line casting agency to help fulfil her goal of being a paid extra.  This has led to opportunities in short films and music videos. 

She is also furthering her learning as a coach by completing specific coach training and attended the ICF Australasia coaching conference in Adelaide in September 2009.

In 2008 Tracy was an extra in a television commercial shot in Wellington City recreating the London marathon and in 2007 she was an extra in the short film "Man 2.0" by Chocolate Productions.

Also in 2007 she raced a V8 Super Car around a track in Queensland, Australia.

In 2006 Tracy worked on overcoming her fear of heights by scaling the horrendously high High Wire Ropes Course at Ohariu Farm in Wellington.  She also took a leap and flew on the Giant Swing and asked for a second turn! www.ohariufarm.co.nz
