Achievement coaching opens the mind to alternatives, new thinking, solutions and different ways of approaching situations. It is activity based or task orientated and requires you to work on your goals each day and be responsible for your actions. The journey you may travel on in order to achieve your goals, may also allow you to learn new habits; change your outlook, identify barriers to success in advance and increase productivity. With a coach working with you, each step of the way you feel supported, empowered and inspired. Specific Achievement Coaching Areas Could Include:
How is the Achievement Coaching Structured?The time commitment for the achievement coaching series is 12 x 1 hour sessions. These generally take place every week over a period of three months. Also included in the achievement coaching series package are brief mid week catch-ups by phone or email to ensure you are on track with the actions you set as homework for the week.
